Defoaming Inlet Cyclone Cluster Design for SEPCO Inc
Working with our partners Sepco Process Inc. of Houston, we recently designed the inlet defoaming cyclone device for a large 3 phase separator. This was manufactured in 1 piece for installation before the vessel closing head was welded. The pictures show the high flow diffuser design for the liquid outlet.
KPSL Expands into New Premises
To cater for increased production and storage, KIRK Process Solutions Limited has acquired new premises including warehousing and assembly lines for the Highspeed Cyclones, as well as new offices above.
Stock levels will be increased by this expansion, allowing shorter lead times to be achieved once the facility reaches full production early in 2013.

International filter company PALL selected KIRK’s Highspeed Axial Swirltube Cyclones for stand-alone separators and as pre-filters for various Russian pipeline projects. Manufactured in stainless steel, the scope of supply also included our Multi-Vane Inlet Diffusers and our Vane Mist Eliminators in several orders.

KIRK Process Solutions delivers Separator Sand Jet System for Ruby Gas Field Project, offshore Indonesia.
PT Heat Exchangers selected the KIRK KSJ-HN jet spray system for installation into a horizontal Production Separator, 2130mm ID. Manufactured in SS316L the system comprised 4 arms off a central header, each arm fitted with upper and lower flat spray arrays to sweep, fluidise and flush deposited sand from the base of the vessel into the drains.
